People often tell me that I wear my heart on my sleeve and this is true in all aspects of my life. I’m a heartfelt practitioner and I’m passionate about lymphatic wellbeing, massage therapy and bodywork.

It makes my day when my clients give feedback like… “Its been ages since I’ve felt this good”.

Holistic wellbeing and body oriented therapies have been a central part of my life for over 20 years. In my journey as a practitioner I have found great satisfaction in helping others to feel better - physically, mentally and emotionally.

With a genuine care and respect for my clients and their unique experience, I listen to them and their bodies so that I can tailor my treatments to their individual needs.

I have over 15 years clinical experience as a massage therapist and holistic health practitioner, five of which were spent at a multidisciplinary health clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Port Macquarie has been my home since 2014 and I have loved supporting our wonderful community here.

An avid learner with a great interest in the body-mind-heart connection I am continually upgrading my skills. In 2022 I gained certification as a Lymphoedema and Lymphatic Therapist.
